Château Rousselle cuvée “La Soif de Vincent” is a wine that finds its authenticity in an explosion of fruit. The aromas of red fruits (raspberry, strawberry, cherry) harmonize with suave tones of arbutus, vine peach, mango, and lychee. The Malbec amply expresses its floral notes of violet and wild flowers (poppy, poppy) enhanced with a touch of saffron. On the palate, it is a surprisingly fresh wine, its simplicity is not rustic, it offers the rediscovered pleasure of true, frank and merchantable wine, with a good length on the finish. Ideal to accompany everyday family and summer cooking, it is the perfect companion for grills, salads and fish. To be enjoyed at room temperature, or chilled in summer, “La Soif de Vincent” is also a good alternative to rosé.
