Discover this wine with a powerful nose and aromas of violet and new wood, with coated and fat tannins that offer a very long finish. Château Rousselle “Not 4 U” has a deep and sparkling garnet color, with very marked expressions of fruit that find an extraordinary balance with the richness of the wood. The aromas of black fruits (blackberry, cherry, morello cherry, blackcurrant) harmonize with floral notes dominated by the violet of Malbec and, thanks to the wood, also reveal flavors of toast, vanilla, spices, to which are added the mineral notes of the terroir. The “NOT 4 U” cuvée is very worked, its tannins will refine over the first 4 years, after which, adorned with a rare finesse, it will enter its aging phase. It is a wine for long aging. This wine will pair with all white and red meats, and their sauces; and of course game and strong cheeses. The NOT 4 U vintage can also be enjoyed as an aperitif, simply accompanied by a few nuts, for the sole pleasure of savoring the full breadth of a great wine. If possible, bring to room temperature for 48 hours before opening. Decant for 3 hours in a carafe before tasting, the oxygenation will bring more elegance. When opened, the attack is sustained with a complexity of oak tannins and a lovely fruitiness.
