Kilchoman Sanaig is a heavily peated single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Kilchoman Distillery on the Isle of Islay in Scotland. It is named after a small rocky inlet located near the distillery, and is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.

On the nose, Kilchoman Sanaig has a rich and smoky aroma, with notes of peat, leather, and dark chocolate. There is also a hint of sweetness, with aromas of dried fruit, raisins, and sherry.

Upon tasting, the whisky has a complex and full-bodied flavor, with a perfect balance of sweetness and smokiness. The peat smoke is still the dominant flavor, but there are also notes of dark fruit, spice, and oak, which add depth and complexity to the whisky. The finish is long and warming, with a subtle hint of spice and smoke that lingers on the palate.
