This whisky is inspired by an Oolong tea named Phoenix Honey Orchid. Predominantly aged in sherry-seasoned American oak casks, there are notes of peach, florals, and honey reminiscent of the tea. Meanwhile, a portion of sherry-seasoned European oak matured whisky brings rich, roasted notes and a touch of tannic astringency, while bourbon casks offer a final touch of sweetness.

The presentation box for this edition is made from waste tea leaves, deemed unsuitable for consumption and repurposed to make paper.
