Lively and elegant, never cloying. From Brachetto grapes vinified in red with maceration on the skins at low temperature for 2 days. tried with salty foods thanks to its moderate tannins.
The color is ruby red of medium intensity, tending to light garnet. Intense is the musky aroma, very delicate but equally intense and fragrant. The taste is sweet, soft with a heady sensation of old rose. Ideal pairing with creams and sweets in general or in contrast with bitter chocolate. Recommended in the preparation of fruity cocktails.
