(Often like Choya Sarari Umeshu Pack 1L or similar “straight/smooth pack” styles) is a Japanese plum liqueur made from ume fruit steeped in alcohol and sugar.

Aroma : Fresh ripe plum (ume) with a slightly apricot-like character,Light honeyed sweetness,Subtle citrus peel (lemon/zest) lift,Occasionally a faint floral or almond/marzipan note.
Palate : Medium sweetness, not syrupy in most “straight” styles,Bright tart plum acidity up front,Juicy fruit character leaning toward plum + apricot + white peach.
Finish : Crisp tart-sweet fade,Lingering stone fruit and citrus zest Clean, refreshing aftertaste with minimal heat.
