Tasting Notes
It is the aromatic sparkling wine par excellence. Excellent and unique to accompany sweets and fruit. Obtained from the Moscato Bianco di Canelli grape from which, with soft pressing, the must is obtained which ferments in an autoclave with the Martinotti Method.
Deep straw yellow color. The rich and bursting effervescence enhances the aromas of acacia, daisies, sage, fresh white pulp fruit and peach. The fine perlage revives the sensations of softness, freshness and sweetness typical of Moscato grapes. Perfect match with desserts in general, even elaborate ones.
